Who is ATTORNEY
Jamila Little?
Jamila Little is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, Washington D.C., and the Caribbean. Her practice areas include Immigration, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Business Law. Jamila continues to represent her clients in State court and Federal Immigration court.
She hails from the beautiful twin isle of Trinidad and Tobago. Jamila graduated with honors from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she majored in Economics and minored in Business Administration. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Finance, from Clark Atlanta University School of Business. She worked in the Banking and Finance Industry for several years before becoming an attorney. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, FL.
Jamila served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, in the felony division, and with the Florida International University Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. She was also a member of the Florida International University Board of Advocates and a law school Ambassador. As a Florida Bar Fellow, Jamila worked at Catholic Charities Legal Services in Miami, FL, where she assisted with several immigration cases, including TPS, VAWA, and Asylum for low-income clients.
